The Philippine Postal Corporation (PhlPost) Southern Luzon Area successfully held a Kadiwa ng Pangulo event on July 31, 2025, at its regional office, bringing together local farmers, cooperatives, and consumers in a shared effort to promote food accessibility and support local agriculture.
The initiative, conducted in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture and other local government partners, aimed to provide PhlPost employees and nearby communities access to affordable, fresh, and locally sourced products. A variety of goods such as fruits, vegetables, rice, and native delicacies were made available at lower-than-market prices.
This event is part of the nationwide Kadiwa ng Pangulo program, a government project designed to uplift the livelihood of farmers and small-scale producers while ensuring food security and affordability for the public.
